Sarah Young was born the second child of Abraham Young and Elizabeth Sproats Young on August 6, 1842 in Virginia. She was one of seven children: Deliah, Katherine, Jake, Milton. Ike, John.

Sarah married Leroy Brannon in 1858, they lived in Marion Co., Iowa in 1860. They had three children: Frances , Mary Alice, Leroy. Frances was the only one to live to adulthood. LeRoy Brannon died in 1863 in the Civil War. Frances married George Woolet

In a letter to her brother John Young 18 Jan. 1894, told of moving to Superior Neb. from Jewell Co., Kansas, George and Frances Woolet of Kans. came to Boise, Idaho in 1891 and returned to Kansas and on to Minnesota. ( Frances was Sarah's oldest daughter)
Sarah died at Superior City, Neb. 14 Feb. 1921--she was living with her son Issac and his wife at the time on the family farm.---------notes from Stella Wyscaver Paasch, Hood River, Oregon. Young Family History.

I Sarah Wyscaver, widow of Superior Nebraska, being of sound a dispo -
- sing mind, and realizing the uncertainties of this mortal life-, and the certainty of Death and wishing to dispose of ay property and estate, to such persons and in such manner as doth seem to "be right* and just. do hereby make publish and declare this to tie my last will and testament in manner and form following, expressly revoking hereby and cancelling and annulling such or any previous will or testamentary document "by me here-to-fore made, that is to say:
FIRST.
I direct that upon my death or as soon thereafter as is practical* all of my just debts and liabilities if any exist including the expense of my last sickness and funeral charges "be first paid out of my personal
-estate.
SECOND..
I give and bequeath to my son Milton M. wyscaver five dollars "$5,00"
to be paid to him in cash..
THIRD*
Subject only to the foregoing provisions of my will I do give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate both personal and real where-soever located including my where I now reside on Wyoming street in Superior Nuckolls County Nebraska,and including my real estate and in-
-terestthereinlocated in Jewell county Kansas to my children and Grand Children-,, hereinafter named, in the undivided portions and shares speci
-cally stated as follows t. To my daughter Frances E.Woolet tof Kimberly Minnesoata, I give devise the undivided one ninth of said residue above named of my estate. she being my daughter by my first husband, and to George N. Wyscaver of McKue Arkansas-Roszella Kent of Dillon Montana, A. J. Wyscaver of Khowles Oklahoma- J. H. Wyscaver of Edmonds Kansas-Lettie Schrawyer of Rlverton Nebraska- Isaac Wyscaver of Superior Nebraska, Pearl Murphy of Amarita Oklahoma, and to each of said last named children I also give devise and bequeath and undivided one ninth (1/9) Interest in said residue of my estate and to each of my two grand children AMOS E. Burns of Oregon, and Gertrude Shaw of Franklin Nebraska I give devise and bequeath an undivided one eighteenth( 1 /18) interest in said residue of my estate. the said grand children of my deceased daughter Lucretia -Tindall. and I direct that In case of the death of either of my childrens share herein devised and bequeathed or given to such deceased child,
, shall go to his or her surviving heirs, in equal shares , my intent being to provide in this third paragraph of my will that after payment of the debts and liabilities described in the first paragrapg of this wlll and the payment, of the bequest to my son Milton M. Wyscaver, provided in the second paragraph of this will the residue of my estate -personal and real of any name and na-
-ture shall be equally divided among my other Children and grand Children above named herein so that my two grand Children above named shall each receive an undivided one eighteenth ( 1/18} of said residue, and each and all of my other children, except my son Milton M. Wyscaver shall receive and undivided one ninth (/9) portion of the residue of my estate.
I hereby appoint my friend C. W. Harvey of Superior Nebraska, executor of this will.

PETITION.
Comes now the plaintiffs and for cause of action against
the defendants alleges and avers:
That the plaintiffs and defendants are the children and
heirs of George Wyscaver and Sarah iwyscaver, deceased; and said plain-
tiffs and defendants are the owners of and entitled to the immediate
possession of the following described real property, situated in Jewell
County, Kansas, to-wit;+
The northwest quarter (NWi) of Section five (5)
Township two (2), Range six (6) west of the Sixth
P. M; and the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section
the Sixth P.. M.
Plaintiff further alleges that Pearl Murphy, George N.. Wysoaver, Alvin J. Wyscaver, Rosella Kent, James H. Wyscaver, Lottie Wyscaver,Milton W.. Wyscaver and Frances E. V/oollet each own an un-divided one ninth interest in and to said real property/ and that Gertrued Shaw and Amos Burns, each own an undivided one eighteenth interest in and to said real property* That no other person has any interest in or right to said real property, and that said property is subject to partition.
WHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray for a partition of said real property, and that the court decree that the interests of each of the parties as above set forth, and that partition be made accordingly, that the court appoint three disinteressted person as commissioners to make partition of said property, and for such other orders and relief as may be proper, and the costs, attorneys' fees and expenses which may accrue in this action be proportioned among the parties according to their respective interests.
