COPY OF LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE W. WYSCAVER
In the Name of God, Amen; I George W. Wyscaver of Superior in the County of Nuckolls and State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, and cosidering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my lest Will and Testament:
First, I order and direct my executor herein after named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give devise and bequeath all my property both personal and rea, wherever located, to my beloved wife, she to have the real estate for her sole and separate use and enjoyment and for her support during her natural life, only, and upon her death, said real estate shall descend to my children in equal shares, share and share alike, the children of any deceased child to inherit the share of the deceased parent. My personal property on the farm is under partnership contract with my son Milton M. Wyscaver for a period of five years from March 1st 1915-and it is my will that at the expiration of that contract the undivided interest belonging to me in said stock be sold and the proceeds of my said share in said partnership stock be paid to my wife if she then be living, but if she be not living said proceeds shall be divided in equal shares among my children. But while my wife survives, she shall have the income due me under the terms of said lease, both as to my share of proceeds from sale of stock and all other products of the farm as provided in said lease.
Lastly, I Make, constitute and appoint B.J. McConnell to be Executor of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
I witness whereof I have here unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 19th of August 1915, in the year of our * Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen.
George W. Wyscaver (X) His mark (Seal)
