Notes for George Washington Wyscaver/Sarah Young
"I, H Clement clerk of the District Court in and for said county do hereby certify that George Wyscaver and Sarah Brannen were joined in marriage by William Spencer a Justice of the Peace on the 8 day of April A. D. 1866, as appears from the Marriage Records now in my office.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at my office in Knoxville, in said county, this the 11 day of April 1916. H. Clement Clerk, by J--Kaster. I got it with his military files. I think it may have been an affidavit he presented for pensions. JSmart
